Every Filipino child now has access to early childhood education as a result of the introduction of Universal Kindergarten. Children enter school at the age of five and are provided with the resources necessary to progressively adjust to formal education. Children who have attended Kindergarten have a greater rate of completion than those who have not. Children who complete a standards-based Kindergarten program are better prepared for the next level of school. Kindergarten is a period where children learn their alphabet and numbers, shapes, and colors through games, songs, and dances in their native language.

Along with providing appropriate instructional methods, Palmarius Hillside Academy aspires to deliver the greatest preschool education possible to every child enrolled in our program. School provides a safe, supportive, and adaptive atmosphere that fosters healthy emotional development for each kid as part of an educational curriculum meant to facilitate and encourage physical growth. Additionally, the school provides opportunities for learners to learn, communicate with, and engage with their environment, all of which contribute to social development.

These are the academic program that the school provides:
• Reading
• Language
• Science
• Mathematics (integrated with Singaporean Math)
• Writing

The school ensures that all developmental domains from the K12 curriculum are addressed to promote proper socio-emotional development. – Children are taught to demonstrate positive attitudes, self-concept, respect, concern for self and others, appropriate behavior in a variety of situations and settings, and manifest love of God, country, and fellowmen. Additionally, we provide activities that promote physical health and motor development, creative development, and an understanding of the physical and natural environment.

Our children are not subjected to the monotony and frustration associated with traditional preparedness programs. We want students to experience the excitement and satisfaction that the creative process brings.

The teacher’s role is one of unwavering support, engagement, and encouragement throughout the process. We are a child-centered approach that positions instructors as facilitators of children’s learning.
